Q&A ICD 10 coding for cryosurgery

I need to verify that everything is okay with cryosurgery in the office. We are just starting to offer for actinic keratosis, condyloma and other small non malignant areas. Is is appropriate to use and E&M code, 99212, along with the 17000 for ICD 10 L57.0.
